When you purchase a full Resistance Band Set (like our 150 lbs set which you can grab here: https://tiny.ie/fEk5fk6) you already get 2 handles, clips, and an anchor BUT you'll find you'll want another handle & anchor set for some really awesome bodyweight exercises and for Super Sets. PLUS...having an extra handle set can reduce total workout time since you won't have to keep unclipping and reclipping bands as you switch back and forth between different band exercises.

In the first few photos below, we show how we use the handles and anchor clipped together (without any bands) to do perform several powerful bodyweight exercises. We stick the anchor into the hinge side of the doorway and close the door to secure it leaving the 2 handles available for lean-back rows and deadweight bicep curls (one-handed ones are super challenging!).
