- Q: How quickly can I lose weight?
- A: In general, each day that you achieve a Calorie Deficit your body will respond by losing weight for that day. If you continue to achieve a Calorie Deficit each day then you will lose more weight each day. However, be aware that your body weight is not constant and can fluctuate +/- 2 lbs (1 kg) from day-to-day so in order to "see" real weight loss you will have to look for weight change over several weeks instead of day-to-day. For example: 4 weeks ago I weighed 250 lbs and today I weighed 240 lbs which means you have lost 10 lbs +/- 2 lbs (somewhere between about 8 and 12 lbs).
